Body Positive and accessible yoga classes taught online, on demand or in local community spaces. Our yoga classes focus on meeting you where you are in your yoga journey. We focus on accessbility through the use of yoga props, chairs, and modification of poses. The goal of each class is to promote mindfulness, mind body awareness, stress relief and relaxation
Mindfulness, sound healing, and yoga based coaching using the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis. Together we can focus on using yoga, meditation, sound and mindfulness techniques to create meaningful habit changes in your life and reduce/manage anxiety and stress. 1:1 consultations are highly individualized, goal oriented and focus on what is most meaningful for you.
